A well-managed Project Management Office (PMO) addresses these challenges, increasing the probability of successful project delivery. AppleworX works closely together with our customers when they need to deploy and operate new solutions to optimize efficient and effective organisational delivery. We identify, prioritize, and establish a set of fundamental PMO functions, services and governance standards required to successfully manage and implement projects.
